

That's not hard to do (a couple Google searches will snag you the file). The more standard route would be to find a website that already has a copy of the BIOS. The article notes that you can get it out of a PS2 if you modify the hardware of a PS2 console. You do definitely need a PS2 BIOS file, though. Technically, you don't need a PS2 to make the emulator work (although legally, it's better if you own the system itself, as well as whatever games you want to emulate).
